About Driftwood Media
Driftwood Media and Driftwood Publishing are owned and operated by Kim Lamoreaux.

Kim is an award-winning newspaper reporter who now brings her expertise of writing, design, and other creative talents to her own communications clients.
After attending college at Bowling Green State University in northwest Ohio, Kim opened Career Communications, a resume composition and printing service that included cover letter services and other job search-related communications. Her first computer was an Apple MacIntosh, and 25 years later, it is still  Kim's design tool of choice. Macs continue to be predominant in the publishing industry, and Kim is a faithful Mac fan.
She worked in the telecommunications industry for many years, until working as a newspaper reporter in Michigan and later, her home state of Ohio. She moved to Wisconsin in the Spring of 2000 and began working for the News-Sickle-Arrow, owned by News Publishing Company in Black Earth.
Kim has covered local government, crime, court cases, politics and a host of other news topics.
The U.S.  economy took a dive, and print publications were hit hard with a downturn in advertising revenues. Kim was laid off from the newspaper, and since then she's been her own boss at Driftwood Media.
